Terisa Dang, BKin, MM

Registered Kinesiologist

Terisa believes that recovery is a partnership, not a prescription. As the founder of Kin Movement & Performance, she combines a Master of Business Management with a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia, specializing in Neuromechanical and Physiological Sciences.

Terisa built this company with a singular focus: her clients. Having seen the challenges people face after an injury, she designed Kin Movement & Performance specifically to support those navigating the often-difficult path of rehabilitation. Her goal was to create a practice where people wouldn't have to recover alone, but would instead have a dedicated partner to help them regain their strength and independence.

By blending clinical expertise with your unique understanding of your own body, Terisa facilitates a rehabilitation process that ensures you are always in the driver’s seat. Whether navigating a complex injury or returning to competitive sport, she provides the evidence-based tools and science needed to help you reach your peak.

As a lifelong athlete with a background in competitive swimming, Terisa understands the drive to return to the activities you love. She is dedicated to ensuring your movement plan resonates with your real life.

Terisa is fluent in English & Cantonese.
